How we work

We offer you a free initial call of approximately 45 min. via zoom or skype to meet each other and talk about your project.

This first meeting will allow us to know or establish your objectives, align expectations, and decide what kind of product is ideal for your project.

We will focus on clarifying all your doubts and identifying which elements do you already have and which ones will you need (Photos, images, logo, texts, etc.).

The budget will detail all the products that we agree to include in your project and their respective values.

50% at the closing of the agreement and 50% after the final delivery of the project.

We will send you a file for you to complete with the following information:

• Idea of how you want to structure your website and which pages you want to include.

• Name (personal page or company name)

• Your keywords (those that a future user would put in Google when searching for you)

• Examples of websites that you like or inspire you. If you have any reference, aesthetics or style that you like... welcome!

• Texts of your website: Mission of the project/Description of the product or service/Who I am/ Contact details

• Logo and images (for us to check their quality)

• Quotes that inspire you

• Testimonials from your clients (if you have any)

• Etc.

Depending on the characteristics of your page, we can have it ready in 1 week or extend up to 2 weeks if your project requires writing, editing and / or correction of texts or development of corporate image.

During the development period of the project, we must be available and reachable to expedite the delivery of progress and corrections.

We will need to have access to your Google account (Google my business, Google search console, Google analytics) to be able to create your company listing, index Google, among others.

Once your website is ready and approved, we will schedule a fourth call to answer questions, explain its use and wish you all the success of the world!
